What kind of staff development do you provide for your teachers?
We believe that staff development is an integral part of early childhood education. We have staff meetings every other week and provide workshops hosted by us as well as by educational consultants. We have two days during the school year when the children are not in attendance and teachers attend workshops and/or visit other programs. Teachers also meet regularly with their teaching teams and the nursery school directors to plan curriculum and explore areas that are interesting to them that can be integrated into their classrooms.
