Teens Purim

March 10

6:00 - 8:00 PM

Celebrate Purim, prepare the Purim spiel, and put together a Purim carnival for the ages!  Community service hours available.

Midnight Run

March 22

Prep at 6:00 PM; includes dinner

Run at 9:00 PM

CSR Teens will be participating in a Midnight Run bringing food, clothing, and other necessities to unhoused adults in New York City. Community service hours will be available for participating teens!


We are looking for teens to help prep food and sort clothing for the Midnight Run and join us on the Run, and parent chaperones.

To sign up to donate food, clothing, and toiletries to the Run, please sign up before our donation deadline of March 14.

 

Make sure to bring back any unused hotel toiletries to donate if you go away over break.​

8th-9th Grade go to Boston!

April 5-6 overnight

Get ready to explore Boston with your friends on this 8th/9th grade trip full of fun and adventure!  

We'll be sightseeing and having fun together in Boston! We will be:

  • Participating in an interactive tour of the city

  • Visiting Faneuil Hall and other shopping centers

  • Visiting the Vilna Shul or Holocaust Memorial

  • Other bonding activities like bowling or an escape room!

Registration and payment is due byFriday, February 28 and we have a mandatory pre-trip orientation for teens & caregivers on Wednesday, March 19 at 6:15 PM.

The trip will cost $400 for registered members of CSR Teens. The cost for unregistered teens will be $500. The trip fee will include:

  • All transportation during the trip

  • Saturday night dinner

  • Hotel

  • Access to all sights and activities

 

Cost should not keep anyone from participating - CSR will provide financial aid for anyone who needs it. Please reach out to Maya privately if this is something you would like to discuss further.
